Overview

We are very interested in hearing about your experience(s) of signposting/ referring people to our Mental Health Promotion service - First Steps.

First Steps aims to help people find their way back to emotional wellbeing. It offers a range of self-help resources, educational sessions and it signposts people to other relevant local services (website link below).

Your feedback is very important to us, whether you have something good or bad to say, or you have some thoughts on how the service could be developed. Please complete this questionnaire, it will only take approximately 5 minutes.

The answers you give will be kept in confidence and will be anonymous.

Why We Are Consulting

The Surrey wide service is being commissioned by Public Health, Surrey County Council.

Public Health want to continually improve the services we offer to Surrey residents in terms of quality, availability and access.

This consultation is one of the ways we are seeking input from people who may have used the First Steps service, or from those who refer/signpost people to the service.

Your feedback will help us understand what works well and what we need to do to improve the service.

What Happens Next

The responses you provide are anonymous and will be reviewed by Public Health. We will use your feedback to help us improve services.
