District and borough council information and advice survey
Overview
The Care Act 2014 came into force on the 1st April 2015. As part of the Act (clause 4) a duty was placed on Surrey County Council to provide a universal information and advice service about care and support for its residents.
The act also places a duty to work collaboratively with our partners, including district and borough councils, to provide the service.
