Chairman's Award nomination

Dear colleagues

As Chairman of Surrey County Council, I would like to pay recognition to colleagues who really make a difference to their local community by helping local residents through volunteering.

I would, therefore, like to invite you to submit a nomination for a colleague who has made an outstanding contribution to their local area through volunteering. 

All colleagues nominated will receive a letter of thanks and a certificate of recognition. A small number who I feel have gone above and beyond in their voluntary role will also be awarded the Chaiman's Volunteering Award.
