Health and Wellbeing Surrey User Survey 2014

Closed 5 Sep 2014

Opened 28 Jul 2014

Overview

The Health and Wellbeing Surrey website was launched by partners in the NHS and councils in Surrey to provide a one-stop shop for residents that want information on local health services, for example, services to help cut alcohol consumption or to quit smoking. It is also the online home of Surrey's Health and Wellbeing Board, a place for the NHS, public health, social care, local councillors, District and Borough representatives and service user representatives to work together to improve the health and wellbeing of the people of Surrey.

Why We Are Consulting

We are reviewing this site to ensure that it provides the best possible service for Surrey's residents. We would like you to share with us whether you're getting the right information from the site in an easy, user-friendly and accessible way. This will help us to improve your experience of this site and ensure you get the information you need to help improve your health and wellbeing.

This survey should take no more than 15 minutes to complete. Your answers are anonymous and data collected from this survey will only be used for making improvements to the Health and Wellbeing Surrey website.

This consultation runs until midnight on Friday 5 September.

What Happens Next

Once the consultation closes, we will publish on Health and Wellbeing Surrey how we've used your feedback to make improvements.
