Dear Colleague

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to support you better.  Please help us by taking a few minutes to tell us about the service you have received from us.  We try to appreciate the support you require and want to make sure we meet your expectations and work flexibly with you to meet the changing needs of our service.

As you are aware the Admin Service is undergoing some major cuts to assist the County Council in achieving its reductions so your feedback is really important to ensure we are directed to appropriate tasks.

However, please don't wait for a survey! We encourage better working relationships and if the support you are receiving is not right please let us know immediately so we can resolve this.

We welcome creative and innovative ideas to influence what we do - please share these with us.

We undertake these surveys every year to evidence the good things we do and create action plans from the result to improve our service - these are on our Admin Website.

The survey open from 1st May 2017 and closes on the 31st May 2017.  We will analyse the data and feedback to you by end July.
