This consultation closed on Saturday 24 May 2014. Please download the independent report to see the results.

This was a public consultation on the joint strategic review of short breaks for children with disabilities in Surrey.

The project was joint between Surrey County Council and NHS Guildford and Waverley Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG), on behalf of the six CCGs.

The review looked at whether short breaks services for children with disabilities and their families are meeting their individual needs appropriately and focused on options for the future use and funding of Applewood (SCC) and Beeches (NHS) as short break services that have been found to be working well.
