Surrey Young People's Supported Accommodation Survey

Overview

Surrey County Council would like to find out how young people living in supported accommodation feel about their accommodation, the support they receive and any suggestions about how to improve the service.

We would like you to complete this survey so we know what you like and dislike, and what works well and what doesn’t work well about where you live, such as the standard of your accommodation, staff support and preparation for moving on, as well as any suggestions about how things could be improved in the future.

Please answer as many questions as you can – don’t worry if you leave some blank.

We do not ask your name and all your answers will be confidential.

There are no right or wrong answers and we would like you to be as open and honest as you like, and give your real opinion on the services provided for you.
