Why your views matter

Surrey Music Hub is required to complete a data return annually for Arts Council England (ACE). As the lead organisation of Surrey Music Hub, Surrey Arts is collecting and analysing data from lots of partners, and this information from schools is essential.

At the end of the survey there is an opportunity for you to give us any further information you think might be helpful, and to tell us how Surrey Music Hub can further support the music provision in your school.

If you are unable to provide accurate numbers, please supply a best estimate. Completing the survey, once you have collated your data, should take 5 - 10 minutes.

The information gathered in this survey will be kept securely on the internal SCC/Surrey Arts system and will be shared only with hub partners and Arts Council England as part of the annual data return.
