CAMHS Community Nurse Service Survey - Secondary School Age
Overview
Surrey County Council are collecting the views of people that have used the CAMHS Community Nursing service, in order to understand if the service is performing well and meets people’s needs.
CAMHS Community Nurses provide therapeutic treatment, advice and support to children, young people and their famillies to help deal with the effects of Emotional Behaviour and Mental Health difficulties. The practitioners work in schools and in local communities across Surrey.
You are not obligated to take part in this survey, but we would be very grateful if you could take 5 minutes to complete this survey.
The survey closes on 18 July 2016.
The information you give us will be compared to that of other children and young people who complete the survey, to help us make improvements to the service.
Please be assured that personal information will not be shared with anyone else, except in rare circumstances where the information you give us reveals concerns about your safety. The online survey is password protected and will not be seen by anyone else, except by the service research officer.
