Overview

It has been widely reported in the media that the early years sector is facing difficulty in recruiting and retaining early years practitioners.  To explore this further, the Early Years Commissioning Team would like to understand any issues in relation to the current health of recruitment and retention of early years staff across Surrey.  To do this, we would invite you to complete and submit this short survey by 11 March 2022.  A separate Childminder Workforce Survey will be published the week commencing 14th March 2022.

Why your views matter

We will use the information you submit to understand the reasons for the current difficulties in recruitment and retention.  Please note that in order to do so we will ask you to provide some personal data. This will include your name and email address.

By completing this survey you are providing us with consent for this information to be used solely for the purposes identified above. Please note you have a right to withdraw consent for this information to be processed. If you wish us to remove your data please contact us at EYcommissioningteam@surreycc.gov.uk and we will endeavour to remove the information given from our our survey analysis.
