Evaluation of training on domestic abuse in health settings

Overview

This questionnaire is designed to ask you a few questions about your experience of being trained on domestic abuse by a Hospital Independent Domestic Violence Advisor (HIDVA) as part of a pilot project, so we can evaluate its effectiveness.

The data you are providing is completely anonymous. It will be fundamental for us to improve the service and make the case for resources to be committed to this work beyond the life of the pilot project, so please complete the questionnaire honestly and to the best of your abilities.
