Graduated Offer Interventions

Overview

Surrey Vulnerable Learners Team are working on their graduated offer to schools to support their ability to support children with additional needs through a graduated response.

In order to shape our offer we want to know what screening tools and interventions are currently being used and what the outcomes of these are so that our recommendations reenforce good practice already existing.
