Surrey County Council are collecting the views of people that have used the Parent Infant Mental Health service (PIMHS), in order to understand if the service is performing well and meets people’s needs.

You are not obligated to take part in this survey, but we would be very grateful if you could take 10 minutes to complete this survey.

The survey closes on 18 July 2016.

The information you give us will be collated and analysed to help us identify any improvements to the service. Please be assured that personal information will not be shared with anyone else.
