Parents and Carers Advisors PACA

The User Voice and Participation Team facilitate a participation group callled Parent and Carers Advisors (PACA), a network of Parents and carers whose children access Special Education Needs (SEND) & Disability Services,  Emotional Well Being or Mental Health Services in Surrey 

 

The aim of PACA is to ensure parents and carers have their voices heard with regards to SEND, Mental Health and Emotional Wellbeing services their children access within Surrey. The User Voice and Participation Team will then ensure PACA voices are heard in order to help change and shape the future service offer.

This survey will capture small snippets of your experiences and will allow us to see the areas we should be concentrating on to support parent and carers. 

 

The questionnaire can be completed anonymously, however if you wish to become part of the PACA network then please leave your details and one of the team will be in touch with you shortly with more information.
