Overview

Surrey County Council’s (SCC’s) Organisational Strategy sets out how the Council will work with residents and partners and direct its resources to where they will have the most impact to deliver the Community Vision for Surrey.

The Strategic direction, requires us to use quantitative and qualitative data and the insight summarised will enable us to focus on areas that have the greatest impact on the performance of the organisation.

Why your views matter
