Overview

Notice is given in accordance with section 19(1) of the Education and Inspections Act 2006, as amended by the Education Act 2011, that Surrey County Council intends to make a prescribed alteration to Sunnydown School, 152 Whyteleafe Road, Caterham, Surrey CR3 5ED.

It is proposed that Sunnydown School changes its designation from Emotional and Learning Difficulties to Communication and Interaction Needs (CoIN).  The proposed change will take effect from 1 September 2016.
