Overview

This survey is relevant to all staff on Surrey Pay terms and conditions, both in schools and non-schools. In addition, proposed changes to the car user lump sum will also impact teachers.

Please read the consultation document before you start this survey. There are a number of questions relating to the proposals for the above groups of staff. Questions 1, 2, 3 and 26 require a response, whilst all other questions are optional.

The pay package is indivisible and question 26 enables you to tell us what you think of the overall offer.

Why your views matter

This review of Surrey Pay is the most fundamental since the introduction of the existing pay models in 2016 and includes a number of different elements.  As such, we want to make sure we capture the views on the proposals of as many people as possible.  In addition to the formal negociations, with the view of reaching a collective agreement with the trade unions, these proposals will deliver an affordable, fair and transparent reward package that is easier to understand.
