Overview

Thank you for your interest in our speed limit amendment and part-revocation in Various roads in Merrow and Burpham.

The legislation we must follow before introducing this scheme means that we need to allow objections and comments from the public to be considered before a final decision is reached about whether or not to go ahead with our preferred scheme in its current form.

The proposal:

Surrey County Council propose to make the above-named Order, under Section 84 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to impose speed limit changes to various roads in Merrow and Burpham.
