Surrey County Council is consulting on the removal of this tree. This consultation is being carried out under the Environment Act 2021 and Highways Act 1980. 

The tree is proposed to be felled as it is causing damage to property. Options to prune the tree have been considered and discounted as this would not remedy the problem.
