Notice of tree removal at Carlyle Road, TW18 2PU

Overview

Surrey County Council is consulting on the removal of this cherry tree. This consultation is being carried out under the Environment Act 2021 and Highways Act 1980. 

The tree is proposed to be felled as roots have caused damage to property and there is concern that they may cause future damage. Options to prune the tree have been considered and discounted as this would not reduce the risk of root damage.
