NHS 10 Year Plan Young People Focus Group
Overview
We want to hear from you! Join us for a conversation to help the NHS shape the new 10-Year Plan and what it means for us living in Surrey. We want to understand your views, experiences and expectations to make the NHS fit for the future.
We will be hosting a group discussion in January or February and are inviting young people across Surrey to take part. The session will take place online and will last around 1 hour and 30 minutes.
To thank you for your time and participation, you will receive a £40 voucher after the session.
The focus group will be an informal group conversation. You do not have to answer all the questions and can withdraw from the research at any time. Any feedback that you share with us will be fully anonymised. We won’t share your personal information with anyone.
Why your views matter
Your views and experiences are important to us. We want to have these conversations with you so that your views can shape the future of health and care services in England. It also helps the NHS in Surrey to shape its plans and future work to reflect the views and priorities of our local communities, workforce and partners.
The NHS 10-Year Plan will be built around 3 topics. On the day of the focus group, we’d love to hear your thoughts on them. These are:
- Moving more care from hospitals to communities
- Making better use of technology
- Preventing sickness, not just treating it
There are no right or wrong answers to any of the questions we will ask. We are interested in your views, whichever these may be.
