NHS 10 Year Plan Citizens Panel Focus Groups

Overview

Register your interest to take part in an online focus group to help shape the NHS 10-Year Plan and what it means for Surrey Heartlands.

Focus groups will take place in January and you can select your preferred date and time in this form. The sessions will last approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes. In recognition of your time and contribution, you will receive a £40 voucher.

Places are limited and selected participants will receive an information pack and consent form prior to the focus group session.

All the data you provide in this form will be held in confidence and your participation in the engagement will remain private.

Why your views matter

The NHS 10-Year Plan will be built around 3 topics, and we’d love to hear your thoughts on them. These are:

• Moving more care from hospitals to communities
• Making better use of technology
• Preventing sickness, not just treating it

What you have to say about health and social care is important. We want to have these conversations with you so that your views can shape the future of health and care services in England.

It also helps Surrey Heartlands shape its existing plans and strategic outlook to reflect the views and priorities of our communities, workforce and partners.
