Overview

Introduction

We (Children and Family Health Surrey) are the new Surrey-wide NHS service for children and young people. We have run the service since April 2017 and are keen to make improvements to the service. In this survey we want to hear directly from people who use the specialist children's community nursing service so any changes we make are based on service user needs and experiences.
