Parents/Carers of Children and Young People: Emotional Wellbeing and Mental Health Support Survey

Overview

What is this survey about? 

Surrey County Council want to hear your views as a parent/carer with a young person who has received support for their emotional wellbeing and mental health. This could be support from doctors, hospitals, schools, youth clubs, charities and/or social workers.  We want to hear your thoughts on improving services for young people, this will help to inform the work we do in Surrey through the Children and Young People’s Emotional Wellbeing and Mental Health Strategy. 

This short survey should only take less than 10 minutes to complete.
