Surrey Schools' Health and Safety Survey 2014

Overview

Every two years we ask schools to complete and return a questionnaire to us.  We do it because:

• we have a duty for those schools where we are the employer to monitor health and safety arrangements
• for academies that buy back our services, it is an opportunity for us to support you in checking your arrangements

The survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete.  Please note that all community schools and those that use Surrey County Council insurance must complete and return this survey, which should be completed by the headteacher or nominated health and safety coordinator.
