Childcare and Funding - Parent Survey

Overview

We have designed this questionnaire to gather some further information on your experiences as parents/carers with accessing Early Education and childcare (e.g. nurseries, and childminders) for your child or children before they start school in reception. We would be grateful if you could take the time to complete this questionnaire and provide any additional comments which will help us to better understand your experience and may help us to plan our support for childcare providers across Surrey.  

Where you have more than one child aged under 4 years, please complete a separate survey for each child.
