Overview

Childminders play a valuable role in providing early years places across Surrey and we would like to understand the impact that COVID-19 has had on your childminding business. We would like to invite you to complete an online survey to capture your views which will inform our planning as we start to think about the new academic year and beyond. 

 
 

Why your views matter

We will use your information to assess the sufficiency of childcare provision across Surrey. Please note that in order to do so we will ask you to provide some personal data. This will include your name and surname, as well as your Ofsted URN and postcode.

By completing this survey you are providing us with consent for this information to be used solely for the purposes identified above. Please note you have a right to withdraw consent for your information to be processed. If you wish us to remove your data please contact us at childcarebusinessadvice@surreycc.gov.uk and we will endeavour to remove you from our database as soon as possible.
