Overview

Surrey Fostering Service would like to collect the views of foster cares, supported lodgings carers and staying put carers. It is an important that we gather as many views as possible so we can ensure we are meeting the needs of our children and carers and adapt our service to meet these needs. 

Your survey responses will be entirely anonymous as no personal details are collected in the survey. We treat all responses as strictly confidential, and all data collected will be used in-line with our data protection policy.
