Overview

The Early Years Educational Effectiveness Team are interested in finding out the views of early years providers in Surrey regarding how the pandemic has impacted on the children's outcomes and what steps settings have taken to address any negative impact on children. This consultation is open to all early years providers in Surrey including childminders, group settings, nursery classes, maintained nursery schools, reception classes and out of school clubs who are registered on the Ofsted early years register.

The survey should take approxmately 10 minutes to complete.

Why your views matter

Research carried out by other organisations such as Ofsted has shown that nationally early years providers report that there has been a significant impact on children's development with a particular impact on personal, social and emotional development. We are keen to ascertain if early years providers in Surrey have had the same experiences.  This will help us focus and target our support over the coming year.

What happens next

Results from the online survey will be colated and shared directly withe sector via the Childcare Professionals E-bulletin.
