Feedback from parents and carers

We are committed to providing the best possible service for for children, young people and families. As a parent and/or carer, your constructive feedback is invaluable in helping us make positive changes. 

We want to hear about your experiences and thoughts on what could be improved to ensure all children in Surrey thrive and no one is left behind - especially those children who need extra support. 

We are committed to reviewing every piece of feedback we receive. Where we identify themes, they will be monitored through our Action Card process, which means it has formal governance to follow up until the issue is addressed to our satisfaction.

IMPORTANT: This form is not intended for specific child, young person, or family-related questions or concerns. For such matters, please continue to liaise with your key contact in the service, such as your Case Officer, the Learners Single Point of Access (L-Spa), or if you want to put forward a formal complaint, please use ‘Be Heard’: Children's social care, education, and SEND complaints - Surrey County Council.
