Post 16 Transition Survey

Overview

This Survey comes from the User Voice and Participation Team at Surrey County Council.

The User Voice and Participation Team make sure the voices of children, young people, parents and carers are not only heard but they help to improve outcomes for children, young people and families.

The User Voice and Participation Team want to know what you think about Post 16 Transition. Post 16 Transition supports young people to stay in education, training or employment until the age of 18.
