Overview

Following our survey last year, we would be grateful if you could complete this follow-up survey to let us know how the home to school transport provision is working out that currently goes into your establishment this academic year.  This survey should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete.

Why your views matter

SSTAT (Surrey School Travel & Assessment Team) plan, procure, monitor and manage all school transport contracts issued by Surrey County Council (SCC) and your feedback is essential so that we can ensure transport is carried out in a timely, safe and comfortable manner.

Please note that responses will NOT be anonymous, as we need to be able to trace issues and understand any problems, in order to effectively manage transport providers, however no responses will be shared directly with transport providers.
