School travel survey 2023-24

Overview

The Surrey School Travel and Assessment Team assess, reviews, and arranges travel assistance for around 11,000 children and young people in Surrey.

We have undergone a significant amount of change over the past few months, but we know that without feedback from families the improvements we have made will only go so far.

We still have a lot of work to do, and we would appreciate it if you could provide your thoughts, good or bad, on your experience of travel assistance this year. This will help to inform developments within the Service as we approach the next academic year.  

Topics include how you have communicated with the Service, how you found the applicaton process this year, and if your child already receives travel assistance, what your experience has been. Not all questions will be relevant to you and you are able to skip any that do not apply. 

The survey will run for two weeks and close on the 21 September 2023. It will take between 5-10 minutes to complete.

Not all answers are compulsory, and there is the option of receiving a download of your responses via email.
