Translation and Interpretation Services

Overview

We are seeking your views on the Translation and Interpretation Framework. Surrey currently accesses Translation and Interpretation services through the SUSTI Framework, a regional service working with other Local Authorities based in the South East.

The purpose of 'the framework' is to enable public sector bodies to meet their commitment to provide accessible services to residents across the county.

The current 'framework' is due to end in December 2021 and we want to understand the experiences of practitioners accessing the framework on behalf of both Adult and Childrens service users.

We want to understand what is working well and identify areas for improvement.

The survey should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete and will help shape future services.

Closing Date; 18 June 2021
