Travel assistance survey

Overview

The Surrey School Travel and Assessment Team provide travel solutions to around 11,000 families across Surrey. If you have engaged with us recently, we would like to hear from you. 

We would like to bring the voice of families who access travel assistance provision in Surrey in to our decision making so that we can improve the service we offer. We encourage and welcome feedback - good and bad. The survey below should take between 5-10 minutes to complete. Not all answers are compulsory, and there is the option of receiving a download of your responses via email. 

We plan to review responses each month to help with the continued transformation and improvement of the service. 

What happens next

The feedback form will be available for a year. Each month we will review feedback that has been submitted before undertaking some analysis of the information. We will look at emerging themes and consider updating processess to improve the experience of applying for home to school travel assistance.
