Overview

This survey is for children and young people share their experiences of emotional wellbeing and mental health services over the past year. This survey is a Young Inspectors project where young people review services to improve them.

If you have accessed more than one of the services in the last 12 months, you will need to complete this survey once per service.

You will receive a £15 Love2Shop voucher for completing the survey fully and in detail.

Your data will be added to our secure internal database. We will keep this data for 2 years or whilst you are engaging with our team. You have the right to withdraw your consent and request your data is deleted at anytime.
