Overview

Surrey Heartlands Health and Care Partnership have been successful in securing one of seven Green Social Prescribing 'Test and Learn' pilots in England.  This will work with partners across the health, care and nature based sectors to overcome barriers and identify how green social prescribing can be 'scaled up' for the benefit of communities.
