Join our Highways Customer Community

Overview

At Surrey Highways, we care about working with our local residents and businesses to achieve meaningful change. To help us accomplish this, we want to hear about your needs, wishes, concerns and opinions as a customer of Surrey Highways' services. 

With this in mind, we are looking for residents and members of the local business community to join our Highways Customer Community. 

Why your views matter

Your participation with the Highways Customer Community can help inform and shape improvements to roadwork related services in Surrey.

Additionally, as a member of the Highways Customer Community, you will be among the first to try new services and play a key role in their development. Depending on your interests and availability, you can participate in individual or group events, such as interviews, surveys or user testing. 

This opportunity is open to all Surrey residents over the age of 18.
