Overview

Thank you for your interest in our parking and waiting amendment proposals on High Street, Addlestone.

The legislation we must follow before introducing this scheme means that we need to allow objections and comments from the public to be considered before a final decision is reached about whether or not to go ahead with our preferred scheme in its current form.

The proposal:

Demolition of 12no existing flats at 10-22 High Street, Addlestone; and the construction of 26no replacement flats over 4no floors, with associated car-parking, refuse and cycle storage.

The TRO is for a loading bay on High Street. High Street, Addlestone is normally very busy and backs up from the traffic lights. The loading bay is needed to minimise disruption.
