The Square, Shere

Overview

We are investigating possible changes that could be made to The Square in Shere. This follows a request from Councillor Robert Hughes to investigate pedestrianising a small area of The Square, as seen in the 2021 lockdown trial. We have carried out further research in the area to determine whether restricting car parking could be done in a safe, feasible way.

We have developed three proposals for changes to The Square and also have a no change option. We would like to know your thoughts on the proposals.
