JOIN THE CONVERSATION

WHAT IT INVOLVES: Join an in-person event to help shape the plans for the Haslemere Community Hospital.  We want to find out what you think about:

  • What services the local community want and need.
  • Understand how to best work with local residents to shape services.
  • Prioritise which services are most important for the community hospital.
  • Work out how we might encourage local organisations to work together to better support you.

WHY IT MATTERS: What you have to say about the services you receive in your local area is important. We want to make sure we provide you with services that are useful, high quality, and accessible for the community surrounding Haslemere Hospital.

What you say helps NHS Surrey Heartlands shape its existing plans and take decisions that reflect the views and priorities of our communities and partners.

Focus groups will take place at Hasleway Centre, Lion Green, Haslemere GU27 1LD from 3pm to 5pm on the 17th July 2025.  You participation will involve listening to staff talk about NHS services and participating in informal small table discussions with other local people, guided by a faciltator, on what you have heard.

All the data you provide in this form will be held in confidence and your participation in the engagement will remain private.
