Outbreak Oversight Meeting

Closes 27 Jun 2025

Opened 15 Jun 2025

Overview

As part of my role as the new Senior Public Health Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) Lead at Surrey County Council, I am currently reviewing the structure, format, and purpose of the Outbreak Oversight Meetings. These meetings were originally established during the COVID-19 pandemic to support care settings experiencing outbreaks, and have continued as a space for sharing updates, challenges, and system-wide learning.

I would like to gather your valuable feedback to help assess what is working well, what could be improved, and how we can ensure the meetings continue to meet the needs of IPC leads across Surrey. Your responses will inform how we move forward, including potential changes to meeting frequency, focus, format, and membership, as well as shape the development of a formal Terms of Reference.

The survey should take no more than 5 - 10 minutes to complete. All feedback will be used solely to improve the effectiveness and relevance of our collaborative IPC efforts.

Thank you in advance for your time and insight.
