In line with the new General Data Protection Regulation coming in force in May 2018, we need to ensure that we are still acting with your wishes in mind when holding information about you for the Surrey Disability Register. We also need to ensure your information is still  accurate.

We therefore want to ask you whether you still want to be on the Surrey Disability Register and from now on, we will be writing to you once a year  to check that you wish to remain on the register, that your details are still correct and that you wish to continue receiving our newsletter.

To enable us to do this please would you answer the following few brief questions confirming your personal details by 31 March 2018. 

We will send you a reminder in the July 2018 newsletter and if we haven’t heard back from you by the end of September 2018, we will have to assume that you no longer wish to be on the register and will remove you from our database.

Please note that it is your responsibility to notify us about any changes to your personal details

This consultation will open on 8 Jan 2018. Please come back on or after this date to give us your views.
