Health and Well-Being Board/Strategy Delivery Review March 2023

Closed 3 Apr 2023

Opened 6 Mar 2023

Overview

Board Members,

The Health and Well-Being Strategy (HWB Strategy) was refreshed during 2021 following the pandemic and alongside a range of changes happening within the Surrey system. The refreshed HWB Strategy was then enacted in 2022.

As a result, this feels like a useful time for the Health and Well-Being Board (HWB Board) to share reflections on how things have progressed over the last 15 months (and since we last asked for feedback), on Board meetings and on whole system delivery against the HWB Strategy. Members of the HWB Board are therefore invited to complete this online survey to share feedback.

The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete and the results will help guide the future direction and approach of the HWB Board and HWB Strategy delivery. It will also form part of the discussion at the June HWB Board when we review the Terms of Reference.

Please refer to the HWB Strategy as needed and ensure that you complete the survey before it closes on Friday 24th March 2023.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch with Jason Ralphs, Policy and Programme Manager, HWB Team at Surrey County Council at jason.ralphs@surreycc.gov.uk .

Thank you

Tim Oliver, Chair of the Surrey Health and Well-Being Board
