Wellbeing Community Assets in East Surrey

Overview

We would like to hear your views and experiences about yours, or your family and friends’ wellbeing and how it can be better supported in your neighbourhood. Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experiences.

The survey will take between 15-20 minutes to complete. All your answers will be confidential and are entirely anonymous, so they will not be linked to you individually. Please submit your responses by 23:59 on Sunday 24/Sept and share the survey with others in your local area.
