Surrey Mental Health Stigma Survey

Closed 21 Feb 2024

Opened 11 Jan 2024

Overview

We would like to hear from people living in Surrey, with experience of mental health issues (either direct or indirect e.g., as a carer, family member, friend), about any stigma or discrimination they have experienced, or may experience. The survey takes about 10-15 minutes, (or longer if you have more to say).

End Stigma Surrey is the local campaign and programme to raise awareness and reduce stigma around mental health. (More information about End Stigma Surrey is available online). This survey will help us to target the programme to where it is most needed.

The survey is also available in Easy read, large print or screen reader accessible formats which can be found in the related documents below.  Alternatively you can contact us as follows if you would like a hard copy of any of these formats: Phone: 02085 417976, SMS: 07841724938  or Email: public.health@surreycc.gov.uk  or British Sign Language: via SignLive Video Relay
