Who is the survey for?

It is for young people aged 10 to 25 in Surrey.

What questions does the survey ask?

We would like to ask you some questions on where you meet your friends and go for organised groups, clubs and activities outside of school or work/college. You won’t have to tell us your name, or anything that could identify you, so your answers will remain anonymous.

Who will see this information?

The information may be shared with professionals inside and outside of the council, but they will not know your name and your answers will remain anonymous.

Do I have to answer all the questions?

No, you won’t have to answer any questions you don’t want to.

It is completely your choice to take part or not.
