Parents & Carers survey on their experience with the Children with Disabilities (CWD) Team
Overview
The Children with Disabilities (CwD) service is seeking valuable feedback from parents and carers about their experience with the service.
Why your views matter
We want to hear the views and experiences of parents and carers who have been supported by the Children with Disabilities (CwD) service, from a social worker or family support worker. We are interested in your experiences of contacting the Council about your child's social care needs and the support received for your child and family. Your feedback will help us understand how well we are meeting the needs of children with disabilities and their families, as well as identify any areas for improvement.
How long will the survey take?
The survey will take around 10 - 15 minutes to finish. We really appreciate your time and input to help us improve services for children and families.
Please note: this survey will close on March 19th 2025.
