Personal Travel Budget Feedback

Overview

Surrey County Council, as part of its home to school travel assistance offer to families of eligible children, offers a personal travel budget as a way of increasing flexibility in ensuring that children and young people access their learning placement. 

We would like to engage with families who currently receive the personal travel budget on thoughts, views and any comments you would like us to consider. We are striving to improve our service and would gratefully appreciate you taking part in this short survey, which should take between 7-10 minutes to complete.  

Comments will be reviewed and form part of an ongoing review of the Personal Travel Budget
