PKM - review of 2015/16 SLA
Overview
In September 2015, Surrey’s Performance & Knowledge Management team introduced a service level agreement (SLA) and a cost recovery charge for schools in Surrey – academies, free schools and LA-maintained (with the exception of special schools and alternative provision settings).
80% of eligible schools opted in to the 2015/16 SLA, which includes PKM’s own data analysis for schools, a licence for FFT Aspire and unrestricted access to all areas of Perspective Lite.
The team is now reviewing its SLA and would very much like to hear what schools think about current PKM services and how the team could improve its offer.
Why your views matter
Your responses to these questions will help us to make sure our services are fit for purpose and provide value for money. They will also help to shape our 2016/17 SLA and future development work.
On the strength of feedback already received from schools, the PKM team has introduced new analysis tools over the past year and we are keen to continue working in partnership in this way.
Thank you for your time.
